Overview

Funded7 Review 2026: A prop evaluation brand where instant access and the actual profit split must be priced separately.

Funded7 sells access to funded-trader-style challenges and offers several program models, including two-phase, pay-as-you-go, one-phase and instant-funding formats. A shopper comparing program fees must keep those models separate. The label “funded” in an evaluation does not necessarily mean that the customer receives the stated account allocation as a cash payment or brokerage deposit in their own name.

The current Instant Funding page gives concrete conditions for one displayed $5,000 allocation: a quoted $274.80 fee before a shown coupon discount, a 5% daily loss limit, 10% total loss limit, trailing drawdown, three minimum trading days, a seven-day payout frequency and up to 1:50 leverage. The same plan section shows a 50/50 profit split even while the site markets up to 90% elsewhere. “Up to 90%” therefore must not be attributed to a specific Instant Funding plan without inspecting its detailed rules.

How Funded7 Works

On a $5,000 instant allocation with a 5% daily loss cap, an adverse intraday equity move of $250 would approach the daily boundary. The 10% total maximum initially equates to $500, but a trailing methodology can move the permissible loss floor when the account reaches a new high. A $300 unrealized decline may therefore have very different consequences before and after a peak.

A hypothetical $400 realized trading profit split at 50/50 gives the trader $200 before any applicable processing, taxes or additional rules. The same $400 at 90/10 would yield $360. That $160 difference is decisive when evaluating claims about profitability. The advertised maximum share is not a substitute for the exact split tied to the purchased plan.

### Free challenge and purchased challenge have different payout economics

Funded7 publishes clear special rules for free, giveaway, competition and other non-purchased promotional accounts. The provider states a **50/50** profit split on those promotional accounts, an aggregate payout cap based on **2% of original account balance**, and a **30-day** payout cycle. On a promotional $15,000 nominal account, 2% equals $300; the 50/50 split produces a **maximum trader share of $150** under the official example. That is a concrete number a reader needs; merely saying Funded7 offers challenges conceals the most material distinction for free accounts.

The company's terms also state trades occur in a **simulated environment** even where real market data is used. A challenge's $15,000 or $100,000 nominal trading balance is not owned, transferable client capital. Participants should price the service as an eligibility process for conditional compensation, not a custodial brokerage account or investment guarantee.

Funded7 Pricing

Pay-as-you-go challenges require conditional cost analysis. Imagine a model charging $39 for entry and an additional $79 after stage one is passed. A first-stage failure costs $39; successful progression costs $118 before any further challenge rules. Compared with a hypothetical $99 all-up fee, the staged model is cheaper only for someone likely to fail early or who values deferring the second payment. These dollar prices are purely illustrative, not a Funded7 tariff; the vendor's actual package prices are needed to decide.

The instant page itself publicly displays a coupon price and a noncoupon price. Promotional discounts should be treated as time-sensitive. A screenshot of a discounted fee does not establish perpetual availability or determine what is refundable after failure.

### Payout rules can dominate the headline profit split

Funded7's February 2026 payout criterion uses a *Quality Control* score based on the second- and third-best trades divided by the largest trade: QC must be at least **0.90** for the cited rule. Example: top three gains of $10,000, $5,000 and $4,000 yield (5,000 + 4,000) / 10,000 = **0.90**, satisfying that criterion. Change the lesser two gains to $2,000 and $1,000 and the score is **0.30**, failing it. The company describes the rule as a payout quality gate, not necessarily a trade-rule violation that instantly terminates every affected account. Contract version and whether the rule applies to a given program must be checked.

A paid Two Phase Challenge may refund the original evaluation charge only in connection with the **second funded payout** and conditions that include at least a 14-day interval between qualifying payouts. This is not an unconditional "fee refunded after passing" promise. A shopper should compare effective price assuming one payout, two payouts and failure, rather than treating a conditional refund as guaranteed.

The page also says use of MT5/cTrader, Expert Advisors, weekend holding and news trading is permitted on that highlighted instant plan. This is plan-specific; the same behavior may breach another evaluation model.

- Several evaluation models including Instant and PAYG.
- Displayed plan loss thresholds and split.
- Support for automation and weekend positions on shown instant plan.

- Different models have different profit shares.
- Trailing drawdown can tighten after gains.
- Program fees at risk on failure.
- Promotional pricing is not permanent.

Who Funded7 Is Best For

Funded7 is relevant to traders who know their strategy's intraday loss distribution and who can compare permitted automated, news and weekend activity against the rules of the exact model. The trader should review whether risk is monitored on equity, balance or a trailing high-water mark and the exact sequence that allows a first withdrawal.

A person seeking unlimited access to market capital or guaranteed payouts from a “funded” label will misunderstand the economic relationship. These are programs with entry fees, behavior restrictions and conditional profit-sharing, not savings accounts.

Funded7 Alternatives

The closest useful competitor in this list is Ultimate Traders. Compare a $5,000 nominal challenge under each company's actual fees, profit share and hard-breach definitions. A 50/50 split on an instant program and a possible 90/10 payout on a different model are not equivalent offers. Include one failed attempt and a successful attempt in separate scenarios.

### How to assess the chance of actually receiving cash

Unlike a retail broker, the operational question is not spread alone. Track whether the trader can pass evaluation, whether that pass generates a funded-stage account, whether the ongoing trade pattern meets risk and quality criteria, how payouts are verified and whether any prohibited strategy rule voids an otherwise profitable month. A promotional account may have much lower realized payout potential than the nominal balance suggests. Compare terms effective on the purchase date and save that version.

Our Verdict

Funded7 scores 6.3/10 for displaying program-specific Instant Funding math and multiple ways to enter an evaluation. The score is held back by the easy confusion between headline 90% payout claims and a displayed 50/50 instant split, as well as trailing drawdown and challenge-fee risk. We did not validate an actual cash payout.

Frequently asked questions

Funded7 FAQ

Does every Funded7 plan pay 90% of profits?

Purchased and promotional challenges must not be confused. Official Funded7 terms say free/giveaway challenges have a 50/50 payout split, a cap calculated on 2% of initial nominal balance, and payouts no more often than every 30 days. On a $15,000 promotional account, the company illustrates a maximum trader payout of $150, after the 50/50 allocation. These restrictions need not apply identically to paid programs.

How much is the 5% daily limit on $5,000?

$250 in hypothetical equity decline according to the plan's loss accounting, separate from the 10% maximum total loss rule.

Can I use Expert Advisors on the displayed instant plan?

The highlighted Instant Funding page says EAs are allowed, alongside news and weekend holding. Different program rules still require separate reading.

Is the quoted $274.80 a refundable deposit?

The page presents it as a program purchase price. Refundability and failure rights follow the specific conditions; do not treat it as trading cash.

Is PAYG automatically cheaper?

Not necessarily. Staged fees may defer costs, but someone who reaches each stage can pay more than a competing flat fee.

Does a seven-day payout frequency guarantee a withdrawal in one week?

No. Payout eligibility, qualifying trading days, processing and the account's compliance with risk limits determine whether a request can be made and completed.
