FXCC Review 2026: An ECN XL brand with zero-fee marketing but materially different global and EU legal counterparties.
FXCC's main global website markets ECN XL as a low-cost forex and CFD account, advertising zero trading commissions, spreads that can begin at zero, no swaps and no deposit fee. These statements are provider claims about a selected account and conditions, not records of average live execution. A floating spread of zero during one favorable quote does not guarantee zero dealing cost at the moment a user needs to trade.
The legal architecture warrants explicit separation. The global site identifies Central Clearing Ltd under a Mwali International Services Authority brokerage and clearing license, while FXCC.eu identifies a separate CySEC-regulated firm under license 121/10. The current global footer displays licensing number BFX2024085, whereas other official about pages and translations show BFX202408. That discrepancy requires documentary clarification before a precise license number can be described as definitively matched. It does not justify assuming the EU firm's investor protections extend to an account opened at fxcc.com.

How FXCC Works
How FXCC Works
At a $10 standard-lot pip value, a realized 0.0-pip entry/exit spread costs $0 in spread component, while 0.8 pip costs $8. But the first observation is merely a possible quote, not an expected average. A rival raw account at 0.1 pip plus $7 round-turn commission costs about $8, giving parity with a 0.8-pip FXCC realization. A practical comparison must use time-weighted spreads, execution slippage and the corresponding commission model.
A “zero swap” headline also needs an instrument-by-instrument schedule and any swap-free fair-use or administration conditions. If a position can be held for thirty nights without financing under applicable terms, that may be significant; if overnight fees are substituted for a different charge or certain symbols are excluded, the advantage is smaller. No independent thirty-night financed position was observed in this review.
### ECN XL has a conditional exception to the zero-commission claim
FXCC's 2026 ECN XL materials advertise floating spreads from 0.0 pips, **$0 dealing commission**, MT4/MT5 access and no stated minimum deposit on the flagship account page. Its separate XL special terms are more restrictive: they describe eligibility for new direct clients funding at least $100 for a particular promotion, a maximum of ten standard lots per trade, leverage up to 1:1000, and a potential **$5 per standard lot introductory charge** for certain customers brought in by third parties. The ordinary account page and promotion agreement can coexist, but they do not prove every customer pays $0 under every acquisition route.
A customer referred through an affiliate should therefore inspect the final charge shown in the client agreement. For a 1-lot EUR/USD trade at a hypothetical 0.5-pip effective spread, the spread cost is roughly **$5**. A $5 introductory fee would make the quoted transaction **$10** before swaps, twice the no-fee case. Confirm whether the introductory fee applies per side or completed transaction in the actual acceptance terms before using it as a precise price comparison; the public promotional text does not resolve every billing convention.

FXCC Pricing

The company's welcome bonus marketing highlights a 100% deposit bonus up to $2,000. On a hypothetical $500 qualifying deposit, an equal promotional credit may increase displayed available trading credit to $1,000, but that does not establish the ability to withdraw the bonus. Credit removal on a withdrawal or margin-rule breach can change available equity. Bonus rules, withdrawal eligibility and abuse clauses belong in the complete cost decision.
Even with no broker deposit fee, funding can involve card, wallet, bank or FX costs. For a small user withdrawing $100, any fixed external payment charge can outweigh several weeks of fractional spread savings. A zero deposit-fee claim concerns one part of the transaction, not the cost of recovering funds.
### Three fee claims from the same site must be reconciled
FXCC's newer ECN XL page says there is no minimum funding and quotes 1:1000 maximum leverage, while an older general trading-conditions table lists a $100 minimum and maximum leverage of 1:300 for a different context. Instead of selecting whichever figure looks better, the review should preserve the account type, entity, promotion and document date. Different regulatory entities are described: Cyprus-based FX Central Clearing Ltd (CySEC 121/10) versus Mwali-registered Central Clearing Ltd. A CySEC number associated with the brand is not necessarily the counterparty of a customer signing up to the offshore site.
A broker-published technical guide correctly observes that a 0.0-pip starting spread is not an average execution outcome. The per-lot spread cost varies with market depth, session and news. A spreadsheet with bid/ask at the actual timestamp and both funding/carry charges is more credible than a generic "cheapest ECN" ranking. We did not run a live FXCC funded-account test.

The global site also states geographic exclusions, including EEA countries, Japan and the United States. A user cannot resolve residency restrictions by citing the separate EU company on an offshore application.
- Commission-free ECN XL marketing.
- Global and EU companies separately disclosed.
- Wide range of familiar FX/CFD workflow.
- Potential benefit from qualifying swap-free terms.
- Zero quoted minimum is not observed average.

Who FXCC Is Best For
Who FXCC Is Best For
FXCC is relevant to an experienced trader who wants a commission-free floating-spread environment and can confirm residency eligibility and the exact global counterparty. It is a weak fit for someone who wants an EU-regulated account but accidentally reaches fxcc.com rather than the separate EU site.
The firm's regulatory and quote disclosures should be verified with its effective agreement and current regulator records before any deposited-fund safety claim is made. Investor protection is not created by a shared trade name.

FXCC Alternatives
FXCC Alternatives
Compare FXCC ECN XL against FxPro Raw+ with $7 modeled per-lot commission and against an XM spread-only account at the same trading time. For a strategy holding positions, include the precise actual overnight cost under each contract. For an EU client, compare only eligible European entities and avoid mixing global offshore marketing conditions with local regulatory limits.
### What a like-for-like ECN test would show
Compare FXCC ECN XL with an FX raw-spread account at FxPro using one standard lot of EUR/USD and the same trading time. A 0.5-pip executed FXCC spread with no extra fee is $5; the same spread plus a confirmed $5 completed-order introductory charge is $10. Neither result can be treated as verified before sampling prices and account-specific commissions. Examine whether the customer qualifies for the published zero-swap offering separately.

Our Verdict
Our Verdict
The 6.4/10 score rewards a simple commission-free marketing model and distinct public entity disclosures but reflects concerns about inconsistent license numbering, regional exclusions and the difference between a zero minimum and a sampled effective spread. No claim of independently verified zero cost is made.

FXCC FAQ
Is FXCC.com the same legal account provider as FXCC.eu?
No. The global website identifies Central Clearing Ltd under Mwali supervision, while the EU site presents a distinct CySEC-regulated company with license 121/10.
Does zero spread mean trading costs are always zero?
No. The spread can be zero in an isolated quote but still widen with market conditions and slippage. ECN XL is advertised with $0 trading commission on the normal account page, but the special XL promotional terms allow a $5-per-standard-lot introductory charge for some third-party-referred clients. Confirm the customer acquisition route and whether any applicable charge is per side or complete trade. A starting spread of 0.0 pips is not a guaranteed average fill.
What does zero swap mean for long holds?
It is a provider headline; actual eligibility, excluded symbols, policy conditions and any substitute administration charges must be checked.
Is the FXCC global license number consistent across official pages?
No. Reviewed global footer and about materials show close but different variants; do not assert an exact current number without confirming the legal record.
Is a 100% deposit bonus immediately withdrawable?
A trading credit is not automatically cash. Its withdrawal and margin treatment depend on the current promotion agreement.
Can U.S. or EEA residents use the global site?
The global footer identifies those markets among excluded regions; alternative legal entities should be evaluated separately under their own rules.
