Ecomzy is presented around a simple entry price of $39 per month. That figure is real, but it describes the core subscription rather than every cost that can appear as an account becomes more active. The useful way to understand Ecomzy pricing is to separate the monthly PRO plan from Performance Tiers, order-related fees, optional Dashboard services, promotion spend, and commission redemption.
I found that this layered view is much more useful than treating $39 as either “the total cost” or “only a teaser price.” For a light-use account, the recurring platform commitment can stay close to $39. For a growing account, different cost layers can activate for different reasons.
Quick Ecomzy Pricing Snapshot
| Cost item | Current published amount | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Basic PRO | $39/month | Entry subscription; up to 5,000 products and 4 GB of server space in the Terms. |
| Advanced PRO | $99/month | Up to 10,000 products and 10 GB; becomes available after at least three consecutive paid months. |
| Ultimate PRO | $299/month | Up to 20,000 products and 50 GB; also becomes available after at least three consecutive paid months. |
| Free trial | 14 days | Starts when store access details are granted. The subscription then renews automatically unless canceled. |
| Store setup fee | $0 | The public Pricing FAQ says there is no setup fee. Optional services selected during setup can still be charged separately. |
| Performance Tier | Free to $99/week | Supplementary to PRO; can change with usage, enabled tools or order thresholds. |
| Referral Fee | 9.99%–18% | A distinct fee on completed orders processed through Ecomzy Payments. |
| Processing Fee | 9.99%–18% | A separate fee when paying Ecomzy for a product it fulfills on the account’s behalf. |
| Commission payout minimum | $100 U.S. / $300 other countries | Minimum Available Commission required to request redemption. |
$39 is the Basic PRO subscription price. It should not automatically be treated as the total operating cost of an active Ecomzy account, but neither should every optional service be added to it as if it were mandatory.
What the $39 Ecomzy Price Actually Means
The public Ecomzy Pricing page currently leads with one offer: Ecomzy PRO at $39 per month after a 14-day free trial. The page lists Online Store + Hosting, Domain, SSL Certificate, Built-in Payments, Fraud Protection, the Ecomzy Dashboard, Advanced Analytics and Priority Support among the included elements.
That makes $39 a meaningful number. It is not merely the price of a blank site builder. The subscription is tied to a turnkey-store environment and the Ecomzy platform around it. For someone comparing the cost of getting an operational store online, that bundle is the right starting point.
Where the simple headline stops being sufficient is activity. Ecomzy’s Terms separately describe Performance Tiers, transaction-related fees, paid Dashboard services, the Promotion Service and commission-redemption charges. Those systems have their own triggers and billing rules.
That is why I would use two different questions when budgeting:
“What does it cost to keep the account and store active?” starts with the PRO subscription.
“What might I spend while actively operating and growing it?” requires the rest of the pricing structure.
This article stays focused on cost. For features, positioning, fit and the overall editorial score, see our full Ecomzy review.
There Are Three Ecomzy PRO Levels in the Terms
The public Pricing page emphasizes the $39 entry offer, but Ecomzy’s Terms of Service describe three PRO subscription levels: Basic, Advanced and Ultimate. This is an important distinction because a visitor looking only at the marketing pricing page could reasonably assume that $39 is the only PRO plan.
- Up to 5,000 products
- 4 GB server space
- Available as the entry plan
- Up to 10,000 products
- 10 GB server space
- Available after at least three consecutive paid months
- Up to 20,000 products
- 50 GB server space
- Available after at least three consecutive paid months
The upgrade logic is straightforward: Advanced and Ultimate are not simply higher checkout options for a brand-new account. The Terms say they become available after at least three consecutive months of subscription payments. A customer can then upgrade in the Plans tab or contact Ecomzy Support.
A useful hosting detail that is easy to miss
There is a wording difference between Ecomzy’s public Pricing page and its Terms. The Pricing FAQ says Ecomzy includes “secure, unlimited ecommerce hosting on all plans,” while the Terms assign 4 GB, 10 GB and 50 GB of available server space to Basic, Advanced and Ultimate respectively.
Those statements are not necessarily mutually exclusive — “unlimited hosting” may be referring to a different hosting resource than the server-space allocation — but the public documents do not define that distinction. For storage planning, I would treat the 4/10/50 GB figures as the explicit documented server-space limits and confirm with Ecomzy if a store expects to approach them.
One subscription covers one Turnkey Store
Another pricing detail sits outside the main pricing table: the Terms state that one Ecomzy subscription corresponds to one Turnkey Store. A customer account may create up to 10 Turnkey Stores, but each is tied to a separate subscription. The Terms further state that creating an additional store starts another $39/month subscription and that the first charge for that new store occurs immediately.
For someone planning a single store, this changes nothing. For someone thinking in terms of a multi-store portfolio, it changes the fixed-cost model substantially: two stores are not one $39 subscription shared across both.
The Performance Tier Is a Separate Pricing Layer
Performance Tiers are the part of Ecomzy pricing most likely to be confused with PRO plans. The Terms explicitly describe them as an optional add-on subscription that can only operate alongside an active Ecomzy PRO subscription. They do not replace PRO and they are billed separately.
| Performance Tier | Price | Published order capacity | Examples of included tools |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | Up to 50 orders | Limited Performance Tier functionality |
| Plus | $19/week | Up to 100 orders | Email Marketing, Google Backlinks |
| Advanced | $39/week | Up to 250 orders | Adds social media, SEO Blog Posts and Design Customization |
| Pro | $69/week | Up to 500 orders | Adds YouTube Marketing and Promotional Videos |
| Elite | $99/week | Unlimited | Full tool set listed in the Terms, including Instagram & TikTok tools and Themes Access |
The Performance Tier list spans two screenshots so the published thresholds and tool lists remain readable.
The Terms say “up to 50 orders,” “up to 100 orders,” and so on, but they do not state in the published text whether those thresholds are measured per week, per month, per billing window or on another basis. For that reason, this article does not convert those limits into “orders per month.” The Dashboard is the appropriate place to verify how the current account threshold is measured.
There is also a second trigger beyond order count. The Terms say a Performance Tier upgrade may occur automatically based on usage, including activating additional tools or reaching applicable order-volume thresholds. So the free Basic Performance Tier is best understood as the starting tier for an account whose usage and enabled tools remain compatible with it — not as a guarantee that every low-order account will always remain free.
Downgrades are possible only subject to review. Ecomzy says it may decline a downgrade if the current account activity, enabled tools or usage level is incompatible with the requested lower tier.
Weekly Pricing Changes the Monthly Math
The Performance Tier prices look compact because they are quoted weekly. For budgeting, multiplying by four is tempting, but that understates the average monthly cost across a year. There are 52 weeks in a year, not 48.
weekly price × 52 ÷ 12| Tier | Official weekly price | Simple ×4 estimate | Annualized monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plus | $19 | $76.00 | ≈ $82.33 |
| Advanced | $39 | $156.00 | $169.00 |
| Pro | $69 | $276.00 | $299.00 |
| Elite | $99 | $396.00 | $429.00 |
These monthly-equivalent figures are Ecom-Ratings calculations for budgeting only. Ecomzy publishes and bills the Performance Tier prices weekly.
This is one of the places where the structure becomes easier to understand once all prices are converted to the same time unit. A $99/week Elite Tier is not roughly a $396 monthly line over a full year; its average is about $429 per month. That difference is small on a weekly screen but meaningful in an annual operating budget.
Ecomzy Cost Map: What Is Required, Variable or Optional?
I find it more useful to organize Ecomzy by trigger rather than by product name. The following map separates the recurring access cost from the layers that only appear after a specific action.
| Cost layer | Starting amount | Status | What triggers it | Billing rhythm |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic PRO subscription | $39/month | Core | Keeping one standard Turnkey Store active after trial | Monthly |
| Advanced / Ultimate PRO | $99 / $299 month | Growth-dependent | Plan upgrade after eligibility, usually for higher documented product/storage limits | Monthly |
| Performance Tier | Free–$99/week | Usage-dependent | Applicable usage, enabled tools or order thresholds | Independent tier billing cycle; current published paid rates are weekly |
| Referral Fee | 9.99%–18% | Transaction | Completed order processed through Ecomzy Payments | Per applicable order |
| Processing Fee | 9.99%–18% | Fulfillment | Payment to Ecomzy for a product it fulfills on the customer’s behalf | Per applicable fulfillment transaction |
| Auto-Processing Fee | 15%–23% | Optional route | Order Processing Service initiated using Order Processing Credits | Per applicable use |
| Late Processing Charge | 9%–18% | Avoidable | Order processing not confirmed within three days | Per delayed order |
| Promotion Service | 10 Ads Credits/day starting reference | Optional | Activating Ecomzy’s Promotion Service | Daily Ads Credit processing + 28% Promotion Service fee on Ads Credit purchases |
| Dashboard services | Varies | Optional | Choosing product, marketing, theme, domain or other paid services | One-time or recurring depending on service |
| Commission redemption | 0%–14% + minimums | If redeemed | Choosing a redemption method for Available Commission | Per redemption |
What the Base Subscription Covers — and What It Does Not
The $39 plan is easiest to judge when each included component is separated from the services that live outside it.
| Component | Included in the entry offer? | Pricing note |
|---|---|---|
| Turnkey storefront | Yes | Part of the subscription offer while the subscription remains active. |
| Hosting | Yes | Pricing page says “unlimited ecommerce hosting”; Terms document 4 GB server space for Basic. |
| Domain | Yes, subject to terms | The Terms say the free domain is owned by Ecomzy and later renewal becomes the customer’s responsibility. A second custom-domain switch costs $29. |
| SSL certificate | Yes | Listed on the public Pricing page. |
| Built-in payments | Yes | Ecomzy Payments is built in, while transaction-related fees are governed separately. |
| Fraud protection | Yes | Listed as part of the entry offer. |
| Dashboard and analytics | Yes | Dashboard and Advanced Analytics are listed on the Pricing page. |
| Priority support | Yes | Pricing page references personal business manager and 24/7 support. |
| Paid Performance Tier tools | Not automatically | Higher-tier tools depend on the account’s Performance Tier. |
| Promotion Service / Ads Credits | No | Optional and billed separately. |
| Catalog upgrades and other Dashboard services | No | Separate purchases with their own terms and fees. |
The Terms say the domain is initially provided free and owned by Ecomzy. After the initial registration period expires, renewal becomes the customer’s responsibility, with Ecomzy stating that the domain will not expire for at least three months after the survey is completed. That does not change the $39 subscription price, but it is relevant to long-term budgeting.
How Order Activity Changes the Cost
The order layer needs careful reading because several percentages appear in the Terms and they do not all describe the same thing.
Referral Fee: 9.99%–18%
Ecomzy states that the Referral Fee applies to each completed order processed through Ecomzy Payments. The Terms describe it as covering the internal checkout and transaction infrastructure. This is a separate fee category from the Processing Fee.
Processing Fee: 9.99%–18%
The Processing Fee applies each time the customer pays Ecomzy for a product that Ecomzy fulfills on the account’s behalf. The published description ties it to the operational fulfillment layer: order orchestration, digital delivery workflows, support and post-purchase handling.
Auto-Processing via Order Processing Credits: 15%–23%
If the Order Processing Service is initiated using Ecomzy Order Processing Credits, the Terms list an Auto-Processing Fee between 15% and 23%. This is not the default fee for every order; it is tied specifically to the credit-based processing route.
Late Processing Charge: 9%–18%
This charge is linked to delayed confirmation. The Terms say it can apply when order fulfillment is delayed because processing was not confirmed within three days. They also state that if an order remains unprocessed for seven days, operational steps can include using account commission to cover processing fees.
The Terms define different fees with different triggers. This article therefore does not claim that every order universally incurs 9.99%–18% + 9.99%–18% + 15%–23% + 9%–18%. The actual combination depends on the transaction model, fulfillment route, processing method and timing. For a real order, the Dashboard or checkout breakdown is the safer source for the exact applicable amount.
Dashboard purchases have another fee section
Ecomzy’s Terms also contain a separate Dashboard Services section. It says purchases made through the Dashboard may carry an 8% Processing Fee and 15% Service Fee; for Order Processing Credits, those figures are listed as 9% and 19%. The same section says applicable fees are shown as separate line items at checkout.
Because the Terms separately publish transaction/order fees in Section 3, I would not assume that one schedule replaces the other. For a specific Dashboard purchase, the most defensible budgeting approach is to use the checkout total presented for that service rather than trying to reconstruct it from unrelated fee categories.
The Promotion Service Can Grow Faster Than a Flat $10/Day Budget
Ecomzy’s Promotion Service is optional, but it has one of the more unusual cost structures in the platform. It uses Ads Credits and a milestone ladder rather than a permanently fixed starting budget.
The published default progression is:
| Package | Daily reference | Milestone |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 10 Ads Credits/day (~$10 reference) | Default starting package |
| Silver | 15 Ads Credits/day (~$15 reference) | Unlocked after 5 days of continuous service |
| Gold | 20 Ads Credits/day (~$20 reference) | Unlocked after 10 days |
| Platinum | 30 Ads Credits/day (~$30 reference) | Unlocked after 20 days |
| Ultimate | 50 Ads Credits/day (~$50 reference) | Unlocked after 30 days |
The Terms allow a customer to reduce daily Ads Credit charges to a previously attained level, while manual increases are not permitted outside the milestone system. Optional Accelerated Delivery and Remarketing settings can also increase daily pacing beyond the current base level.
A more realistic first-30-day reference calculation
If the Promotion Service runs continuously for 30 days, follows the published milestone ladder, is not manually reduced, and neither Accelerated Delivery nor Remarketing is enabled, a simple milestone model looks like this:
(5 × $10) + (5 × $15) + (10 × $20) + (10 × $30) = $625 in Ads Credit reference valueEcomzy’s fee schedule separately lists a 28% Promotion Service Fee on each purchase of Ads Credits. Applying 28% to $625 produces another $175, for an illustrative total of about $800 before any applicable tax or optional pacing increases.
This is an Ecom-Ratings editorial model based on the wording “after 5/10/20/30 days.” Actual charges can differ if the service is paused, a customer reduces the daily level after it is attained, optional pacing settings are used, Ecomzy changes the schedule, or checkout applies other disclosed adjustments.
Calling the Promotion Service simply “$10/day” understates how the default milestone structure is designed to evolve. The $10 figure is a starting reference, not a guaranteed flat 30-day budget.
Commission Redemption Has Its Own Fee Schedule
Ecomzy’s Terms define Commission as an Ecomzy-funded promotional incentive, not customer money or product-sales revenue. Once Commission becomes Available and the eligibility requirements are met, it can be requested for redemption.
The minimum is currently $100 for U.S. residents and $300 for residents of other countries.
| Redemption method | Published fee | Minimum fee |
|---|---|---|
| Ads Credits purchases | 0% | — |
| Order Processing Credits purchases | 28% | — |
| ACH transfer | 5% | $10 |
| International wire | 7% | $30 |
| Express ACH | 14% | $30 |
| Express international wire | 14% | $50 |
Three simple payout examples
$500 via standard ACH: 5% of $500 is $25, above the $10 minimum. Approximate net after the published redemption fee: $475.
$500 via international wire: 7% is $35, above the $30 minimum. Approximate net: $465.
$1,000 via standard ACH: 5% is $50. Approximate net: $950.
These are hypothetical calculations using the published percentage/minimum schedule. They are not reports of actual payouts and do not include tax or third-party banking costs.
The 0% figure applies to the Commission Redemption Fee for choosing Ads Credits. Ecomzy separately publishes a 28% Promotion Service Fee on Ads Credit purchases. Those are two different fee categories, so the 0% redemption line should not be read as eliminating the Promotion Service fee.
Four Realistic Ways the Budget Can Look
Because several charges depend on what the account actually does, the most useful examples are scenarios rather than one “real monthly price.”
Testing the platform
A new customer completes the trial, stays on Basic PRO, does not activate paid Performance Tier tools and does not buy optional services.
- Basic PRO: $39/month
- Performance Tier: Free, while account usage remains compatible with Basic
- Optional services: $0
Fixed recurring platform commitment: $39/month.
Active store, still on Basic Performance Tier
The account begins processing real orders but remains within the usage/tool conditions compatible with the free Performance Tier.
- Basic PRO: $39/month
- Performance Tier: $0
- Order-related fees: variable according to the applicable payment and fulfillment route
The fixed subscription can still be $39, but the total operating cost is no longer a flat $39 once applicable transaction or fulfillment charges occur.
Account requiring Advanced Performance Tier
Assume the Dashboard indicates that the account’s activity or enabled tools require the $39/week Advanced Performance Tier.
- Basic PRO: $39/month
- Advanced Performance Tier: $39/week
- Annualized monthly tier equivalent: $169
For comparison purposes, PRO + the annualized tier equivalent is about $208/month, before order-related fees and optional services. Ecomzy still bills the tier weekly; $208 is an editorial budgeting equivalent, not an Ecomzy invoice quote.
Growth budget with Promotion Service
Now add uninterrupted Promotion Service to Scenario 3 and allow its published daily milestone ladder to progress for 30 days without reducing the attained level.
- PRO + Advanced Tier monthly equivalent: ≈ $208
- 30-day Ads Credit reference model: ≈ $625
- 28% Promotion Service fee on that reference amount: ≈ $175
- Illustrative promotion component: ≈ $800
That does not mean Ecomzy “costs $1,008 a month.” The $800 portion is an optional promotion decision under a specific uninterrupted-use assumption. Keeping required platform cost and optional growth spending separate is essential.
A fifth scenario that changes the fixed cost: multiple stores
If one account creates a second Turnkey Store, the Terms say that store has its own separate subscription and that the first $39 charge is collected immediately when the new store is created. Two Basic Turnkey Stores therefore imply two separate Basic subscriptions rather than one subscription shared between both stores.
Optional Dashboard Services Can Be Cheap or Very Expensive
Ecomzy’s Dashboard contains a broad paid-service layer. The Terms list product packages, marketing tools, paid domains, themes, Order Processing Service and various promotional services. These purchases are not part of the Basic PRO subscription merely because they appear inside the same Dashboard.
A good example is the Product Catalog Upgrade. The Terms currently publish:
- 100 additional products: $29
- 200 additional products: $49
- 1,000 additional products: $99
The service description also references a 500-product option but does not publish a price for that exact quantity in the same cost section. That is a small but useful example of why a Dashboard checkout should be treated as the live quote when a price is not explicitly listed in the Terms.
At the other end of the range, Content Visibility Packages are listed at hundreds of dollars, and other promotional services can also reach several hundred dollars. That variability is precisely why “Ecomzy monthly cost” should not absorb every optional service into one total. An account can use none of them, one of them or several.
Taxes and international adjustments are outside the headline price
Ecomzy’s Terms say costs are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and can be exclusive of applicable taxes. They also warn that third parties may impose international transaction or currency-conversion charges. The Dashboard Services terms describe an International Service Adjustment that can apply to certain transactions and must be disclosed before checkout.
For a U.S.-dollar pricing comparison, the cleanest figures are therefore the published Ecomzy prices before any account-specific tax, bank or location-related adjustment.
Free Trial, Renewal, Cancellation and the Refund Wording
The free trial lasts 14 days and requires card details at signup. The Terms say the trial begins on the day store access details are granted, either during the free training session or in an automated email. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews unless it has been canceled.
Ecomzy also says a reminder email is sent three days before the trial ends.
Canceling the subscription
The current Terms describe cancellation through My Account → Plans → options menu → Unsubscribe and Delete Store. The dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy gives the same core route and says the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
An unpaid subscription is different from an orderly cancellation. The Terms say an unpaid subscription becomes inactive immediately and that after seven days Ecomzy may deactivate hosting and permanently delete the Turnkey Store.
The refund documents do not currently use the same window
This is one of the few places where the official documents are materially inconsistent.
The Terms of Service state that Ecomzy provides a full refund for the latest subscription payment if requested within 30 days of the payment date. The dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy, however, says monthly subscription refunds must be requested within 14 days of the transaction date. Ecomzy’s site footer also displays a “30-Day Guarantee” message.
I would not try to decide which document legally overrides the other. The safer practical approach is to act within the shorter 14-day window if a refund is needed and confirm the current policy with Ecomzy Support. That avoids relying on an interpretation of conflicting public wording.
Optional services can have different refund rules
The subscription refund window should not be generalized to every paid service. Ecomzy’s Terms give individual services their own cancellation and refund conditions. For example, Ads Credits are described as final and non-refundable, while certain managed services can be refundable before work begins. Dashboard Services also have their own refund language and fee treatment.
Who Can Realistically Stay Near $39?
The cleanest case is a single Basic PRO store whose activity remains compatible with the free Performance Tier, whose owner does not activate higher-tier tools, and that does not use optional paid Dashboard services.
In that situation, $39 can remain the recurring fixed platform price. Real order activity can still introduce applicable transaction or fulfillment fees, so I would call $39 the minimum recurring subscription commitment rather than promise it as an all-in operating total.
This distinction also explains why the $39 figure on the public Pricing page is useful rather than misleading: it accurately answers the question “What does the entry PRO subscription cost?” It simply cannot answer every usage-specific question by itself.
When Does Ecomzy Become More Expensive?
There are several independent triggers, and they do not need to happen together.
Performance Tier usage: the account reaches an applicable order threshold or activates tools that require a higher tier.
PRO plan expansion: after eligibility, the customer chooses Advanced or Ultimate for higher documented product or server-space limits.
Multiple stores: each additional Turnkey Store has its own subscription.
Order processing: applicable payment and fulfillment activity creates transaction-linked charges.
Promotion: the customer activates the Ecomzy Promotion Service and buys Ads Credits.
Dashboard purchases: the customer chooses catalog, content, marketing, domain, theme or other paid services.
Commission redemption: the chosen redemption method carries its own fee.
That architecture has a practical benefit: a new user does not have to buy the highest-capacity version of every layer on day one. Costs can expand with usage. The tradeoff is that serious budgeting requires more than reading the $39 headline.
Is Ecomzy Expensive for What It Includes?
On the base subscription alone, $39 is reasonably easy to interpret because it bundles the store environment, hosting, a domain arrangement, SSL, built-in payments, fraud protection, analytics and support into one entry price. Someone who values a ready-made environment can reasonably view that as the core value proposition.
At higher activity levels, Ecomzy behaves less like a single flat-fee site builder. Performance Tier billing, order-linked economics and optional promotion become increasingly important. Whether that is expensive depends on which of those layers an account actually uses.
I would therefore avoid comparing Ecomzy with another platform by putting two headline monthly prices side by side. A fairer comparison uses the same operating scenario: number of stores, relevant activity level, required marketing tools, payment model, fulfillment route and desired payout method.
What I Would Budget Before Starting
Instead of trying to guess one “true monthly cost,” I would create four budget buckets.
1. Fixed platform access. Start with $39/month for one Basic PRO subscription after the trial.
2. Usage buffer. Leave room for any transaction or fulfillment fees that apply to the actual payment/processing model. Do not pre-add every published percentage; use the account’s real checkout breakdown.
3. Tier buffer. Know which Performance Tier is active and whether the enabled tools or account activity could move it upward. Convert weekly pricing to an annualized monthly equivalent when planning cash flow.
4. Optional growth budget. Keep Promotion Service, catalog upgrades and other paid Dashboard services separate. This prevents discretionary marketing spend from being mistaken for the unavoidable subscription cost.
That method also makes later comparisons easier. If spending increases, you can see whether the reason was the core subscription, account usage, an optional growth choice or a redemption decision.
If pricing is only one part of your decision, the Ecomzy ratings and user reviews page covers the broader platform evaluation.
Final Assessment
Ecomzy’s entry pricing is simple: Basic PRO is $39 per month after a 14-day trial. The complete cost structure is more nuanced, but it becomes manageable once each layer is kept separate.
The PRO plan pays for the core store environment. Performance Tiers add a separate usage/tool-access layer. Order-related fees are tied to specific transaction and fulfillment events. Promotion and most Dashboard services are optional. Commission redemption has its own fee schedule. Additional stores create additional subscriptions.
For a low-complexity account, $39 can remain the dominant recurring number. For an active account, the best budgeting tool is not a single headline price but a map of which triggers actually apply. That is the difference between knowing what Ecomzy advertises and understanding what your own Ecomzy account can cost.
Ecomzy Pricing FAQ
How much does Ecomzy cost per month?
The public entry offer is Ecomzy PRO Basic at $39 per month after a 14-day free trial. The Terms also list Advanced at $99/month and Ultimate at $299/month, with those higher plans becoming available after at least three consecutive paid months.
Is Ecomzy really $39 a month?
Yes, $39 is the current Basic PRO subscription price. It is best treated as the core recurring subscription rather than a guaranteed all-in operating total, because Performance Tiers, order-related fees and optional services are priced separately.
Does Ecomzy have a free plan?
Ecomzy advertises a 14-day free trial rather than a permanent free PRO plan. The separate Basic Performance Tier is free, but it supplements an active Ecomzy PRO subscription and does not replace the paid PRO plan.
How long is the Ecomzy free trial?
The trial is 14 days and starts when store access details are granted. Card details are required at signup, the subscription automatically renews after the trial unless canceled, and Ecomzy says it sends a reminder three days before the trial ends.
What are Ecomzy Performance Tiers?
Performance Tiers are supplementary service-access subscriptions tied to account activity, order capacity and additional tools. The current published levels run from a free Basic Tier to Elite at $99/week. They are separate from the monthly PRO subscription.
Are Performance Tiers based on monthly order volume?
The public Terms list capacities such as “up to 50 orders” and “up to 100 orders,” but they do not state the measurement period in the published text. For that reason, the period should be verified in the Dashboard rather than assumed to mean a calendar month.
Does Ecomzy charge processing fees?
Yes. The Terms list several fee categories, including a 9.99%–18% Referral Fee for completed orders through Ecomzy Payments and a separate 9.99%–18% Processing Fee for products Ecomzy fulfills on the customer’s behalf. Other processing routes have their own fees.
Are Ecomzy advertising services included in the $39 plan?
No. The Ecomzy Promotion Service is optional and uses Ads Credits. The default package starts at a reference of 10 Ads Credits per day and follows milestone increases. Ecomzy also lists a 28% Promotion Service Fee on purchases of Ads Credits.
How much does it cost to withdraw Ecomzy Commission?
The published standard ACH redemption fee is 5% with a $10 minimum, while an international wire is 7% with a $30 minimum. Express options cost more. The minimum redemption amount is $100 for U.S. residents and $300 for residents of other countries.
Can I cancel Ecomzy at any time?
The current Terms and Cancellation Policy say the subscription can be canceled through the account’s Plans area. Refund timing is less clear: the Terms mention 30 days for the latest subscription payment, while the dedicated refund policy says 14 days for monthly subscriptions. Acting within 14 days is the more conservative practical approach.
